I've been getting some migraines lately and I was wondering what exactly I can do to prevent them and If I get them what can I do to get rid of them without taking any medication. My daily routine usually consists of sleeping until 10:45, going to the gym, eating a bunch, not much else, then going to sleep around 2 AM.

I was intending on using the Micropur Forte tablets as recommended by a friend but unsure of how many for the 5 weeks based on amount of water needed a day? Any help welcome :)
