Have they revealed Spencer Reid's secret yet on Criminal Minds?

I read before season 6 even started that he was going to have some big genetic secret, but all the episodes I've watched have consisted of him having headaches and acting weird, but they never tell you why. Have they even revealed the secret yet or is it still up in the air? Thanks!
