Assuming "Palestine" is established, how prosperous of a state do you actually think it will be?

If Palestine is established, that will most likely mean the end to any Israeli aid, water purification, gas, electricity, etc, etc. Wont the Arab nations be tasked with bringing the new state up to self-sufficiency? Can the Palestinians really be self-sufficient. Wont it just turn into another 3rd world country? How will this mess turn out?
