How To Get Poems Published?

Hi everyone. I have always enjoyed writing poetry for over ten years now. In that time, I have accumulated quite a collection. I write on all different kinds of topics and genres. I am wondering, Is there any way any of you know about where I can go and have my poems published and be paid for it? I am not expecting to get rich, although that would be nice. I would like to find a place where I can be published, but also recieve royalties on my work. I would even be willing to accept answers on some decent legitimate poetry contests.
