What does this dream mean? Keeps happening?

Well, I have a boyfriend and we have a normal healthy relationship. I am his second girlfriend and he is my 2nd boyfriend, he is my second kiss an I'm his second kiss. (: my first for sex and his first. And today is our 4months together. We are both 16. Okay well my dreams that I have aren't te same but very similar. It always consists of my boyfriend falling out of love with me. He was cheating once, treated me as a friend instead of a girlfriend, just didn't have the same feelings, wants to start arguments and make it look like it was my fault or I'm doing something wrong that I need to fix not him. Or he would just stay with me and act different after saying he wasn't in love with me. I have had one bad relationship that I was in love with him (thought I was) and he left me randomly because he knew he wasn't going to be able to stay faithful back in his old school and that was his way of not hurting me. (that was my first kiss). It took me awhile to get over him, so really I have only had one real boyfriend then this one. (: my question is, why do i keep having these dreams with my current boyfriend? Thanks! (:
