Which story idea do you like better?

I'm not really a fan of romances, but I like story one better. the first story is more forbidden love, Romeo and Juliet style almost. Ben loves her but can't really marry her. The second comes off more like "how could he possibly like Rose, he's royalty?" It makes Ben seem more unlikeable.
