According to the Jewish religion, what happens to someone like Hitler when they die?

I've asked this before, but I usually just get general answers about how there's no hell in the Jewish religion and instead people have to get purified before reaching heaven. But what about truly evil people like Hitler or Saddam Hussein? What happens to them? And what is the purification process like for everyone else?
